Stroke Survivors' healthcare habits under the microscope

Summary
This study looks at how people who have had a stroke use healthcare services in the years after their stroke. Researchers will review medical records of about 40,000 patients and interview 240 stroke survivors to understand their needs and experiences. The goal is to find ways to improve long-term care and support for stroke survivors living in the community.
