Summary
This study tested a 12-week class called Living with Hope for people who had recently attempted suicide. The class taught coping skills based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Researchers measured changes in suicidal thoughts, hopelessness, and depression over time. The goal was to see if the class could help reduce future suicide risk.
