Summary
This study is testing a special stent (a small mesh tube) called LIVERTY TIPS to help people with cirrhosis who have high blood pressure in the liver. The stent is placed to create a new path for blood flow, which can reduce dangerous complications like internal bleeding or fluid buildup in the belly. About 166 adults aged 18 to 75 with these conditions will be followed for 12 months to see if the stent stays open and works safely.
