Scientists test new scan to spot liver damage without a biopsy
NCT ID NCT03743272
Summary
This study tested how reliable a special type of MRI scan, called LiverMultiScan, is for measuring liver health. Researchers scanned 61 adults with various liver conditions on different MRI machines to see if the results were consistent. The goal was to see if this scan could be a trustworthy, non-invasive way to track liver disease over time.
