Summary
This study tested a new treatment approach for people whose pancreatic cancer had spread to the liver and whose first chemotherapy stopped working. Doctors delivered a combination of chemotherapy drugs directly into the liver's blood supply, followed by additional oral or infused therapy. The goal was to see if this method could help control the cancer in the liver and extend survival.
