New study tests tailored lifestyle program to fight liver disease

Summary
This study tests whether a personalized disease management program can help people with early liver disease (fatty liver or fibrosis) improve their liver health. About 49 participants will receive either the tailored program or standard care. The main goal is to see if the program lowers a blood marker of liver scarring (FIB-4 score).
