Summary
This study is testing a combination of four treatments for advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The approach includes a targeted radiation therapy delivered directly to the liver tumor, plus three different drugs designed to help the immune system fight the cancer and block tumor growth. The main goals are to see if this combination is safe and if it can shrink tumors and help patients live longer.
