First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests if adding immunotherapy drugs (atezolizumab and bevacizumab) after targeted radiation therapy (SIRT-Y90) works better than radiation alone for people with advanced liver cancer that hasn't spread outside the liver. About 100 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug combination or a placebo after radiation. The main goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors more effectively over 9 months.
