Personalized cancer vaccine fights advanced liver tumors

Summary
This study is testing a new combination treatment for advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells, grow and train them in a lab to attack cancer, and then inject them directly into the tumor after radiation. This personalized vaccine is given alongside standard immunotherapy drugs to try to boost the body's natural defenses against the cancer. The main goals are to see if this approach is safe and if it can help control the cancer for a longer time.
