First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether combining targeted radiation beads (SIRT) with two immunotherapy drugs (tremelimumab and durvalumab) is safe and effective before liver cancer surgery. About 20 adults with resectable liver cancer will receive the treatment and then undergo surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and improve outcomes without causing severe side effects.
