First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a combination of radiation beads (SIRT) and two immunotherapy drugs (tremelimumab and durvalumab) before surgery is safe and effective for people with liver cancer that can be removed. About 20 participants will receive the treatment and then have their tumor removed. The main goal is to check for serious side effects and see how well the tumor responds.
