Scientists probe Mind-Body link to spot deadly liver cancer sooner

NCT ID NCT07393074

Summary

This study aims to understand how the body's automatic nervous system is involved in liver cancer (HCC). Researchers will enroll 100 adults with liver cirrhosis, some with and some without early signs of cancer. They will use questionnaires, heart rate tests, and analysis of liver tissue to look for nervous system patterns linked to cancer development, hoping to find new clues for earlier detection.
