Liposomal boost: can a tiny bubble improve vitamin absorption?
NCT ID NCT07302828
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tested whether a liposomal (fatty bubble) coating helps the body absorb more vitamin C and glutathione from a liquid supplement. Twenty healthy adults took the supplement, and researchers measured their blood levels over 8 hours. The goal was to see if the special coating improves absorption, not to treat any disease.
