Summary
This study tested a long-lasting painkiller called liposomal bupivacaine (Exparel) in 19 people having hernia repair surgery. The goal was to see if it improves pain control and patient satisfaction after the operation. Researchers measured how satisfied patients were with their pain management and how long they stayed in the recovery room.
