NCT ID NCT06270628
First seen May 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week personalized exercise program, done at home with a trainer via video, can improve quality of life and reduce common side effects like fatigue, anxiety, and nerve pain in cancer survivors. 350 adults who completed cancer treatment within the past year will be randomly assigned to start the program immediately or after a 12-week wait. The goal is to see if this convenient approach helps survivors manage their main complaints better.
