Can a text message help reset the Brain's clock in Alzheimer's?

NCT ID NCT06356337

Summary

This study tested whether sending daily text message reminders helps people with early Alzheimer's or mild memory problems stick to a morning light therapy routine. Researchers enrolled 20 adults over 55 to see if the reminders improved their compliance. They measured participants' sleep patterns and melatonin levels to understand how light exposure affects their daily biological rhythms.
