NCT ID NCT03578003
Summary
This study is testing whether morning bright light therapy can improve sleep quality in veterans with traumatic brain injury or PTSD. They'll track sleep patterns before, during, and after the treatment to see if the light therapy helps with insomnia and other sleep problems.
