Shining a light on sleep: can morning therapy help veterans with brain injury?

Summary
This study is testing whether morning bright light therapy can improve sleep for Veterans who have experienced a traumatic brain injury. Researchers will also check if the light therapy helps with mood, thinking skills, and quality of life, and if certain blood markers can show how the brain is responding. The study can be done completely from home and involves using a special light device for four weeks.
