Summary

This study is testing whether a simple, at-home treatment using morning bright light can improve sleep for Veterans who have had a traumatic brain injury. Researchers also want to see if this light therapy helps with mood, thinking skills, and quality of life, and if they can find signs in the blood that show how the brain is responding. The entire study can be done from home.
