This study tested a wearable light therapy device (Re-Timer) in 95 women with postpartum depression to see if morning bright light improves mood and sleep. Participants used the light for 5 weeks and completed questionnaires, sleep tracking, and saliva tests. The goal was to understand how light affects the body clock and depression symptoms.
