This study tests whether adjusting room light (bright or dim/red) can influence uterine contractions and melatonin release in pregnant women. Researchers aim to find light settings that help labor progress or slow it down. About 100 healthy pregnant women aged 18-42 will use home monitors and report lighting conditions.
