Summary

This study is testing a personalized cell therapy called lifileucel for people with advanced melanoma that has worsened after standard immunotherapy. Doctors take a patient's own tumor-fighting immune cells, grow large numbers of them in a lab, and then infuse them back into the patient to attack the cancer. The main goal is to see how well this approach shrinks tumors and controls the disease in about 100 participants.
