Lifestyle makeover may keep fibroids away after surgery

Summary
This study tests whether a structured diet, exercise, and lifestyle program can help prevent uterine fibroids from coming back after surgical removal. Researchers will enroll 100 women aged 18-50 who are currently fibroid-free after surgery. Participants will follow the LIFE program, and the team will measure how acceptable the program is and whether it reduces fibroid recurrence.
