Summary
This study tested a 12-week program that gave pregnant women at risk for cannabis use a Fitbit and a personalized physical activity plan. The goal was to see if increasing exercise could help them cut back on cannabis, improve mood, and build healthy coping skills. Sixteen women participated, and researchers tracked their cannabis use, activity levels, and emotional well-being.
