First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study is looking at how lifestyle choices like diet, exercise, stress, and sleep relate to heart health measures such as blood pressure and cholesterol. Researchers will ask 100 adults and young people to fill out a questionnaire about their habits. The goal is to better understand which behaviors are most linked to a healthy heart.
