Summary
This study tested a new follow-up approach for people treated for gynecologic cancers like ovarian, endometrial, cervical, or vulvar cancer. Instead of seeing a doctor every time, patients met with a nurse at every other visit and used a smartphone app to learn self-management skills. The goal was to see if this model improved patients' ability to manage their health and quality of life compared to standard follow-up.
