Walk and eat your way to a sharper mind: new study targets fatty liver

Summary
This study looks at whether a healthy diet and regular walking can help improve memory and thinking in people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). 45 adults aged 18-42 will be split into three groups: one gets general health advice, another follows a Mediterranean diet, and the third combines the diet with a walking program. Over six months, researchers will measure changes in cognitive test scores, liver stiffness, and blood markers of inflammation.
