Study asks: could a walk ease PCOS-Related dry eye?

Summary
This study is looking at whether adding regular exercise to standard treatment helps reduce dry eye symptoms in obese women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). All 40 participants will take medication and follow a low-calorie diet for 12 weeks. Half of the group will also add treadmill walking three times a week to see if it provides extra relief for their eyes.
