NCT ID NCT07257250

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving levothyroxine (a thyroid hormone medication) to women with subclinical hypothyroidism (a mild underactive thyroid) can improve their chances of having a baby through IVF. About 900 women aged 18-45 will be studied, comparing those who receive the drug to those who do not. The goal is to see if treatment leads to more live births and healthier pregnancies.
