New drug duo tested in fight against Tough-to-Treat leukemias

Summary
This study is testing whether combining two new drugs, revumenib and mezigdomide, is a safe and effective treatment for people with specific types of acute leukemia that have come back or not responded to prior therapy. It will involve about 52 participants aged 12 and older who have these specific genetic changes in their cancer. The main goal of this early-phase study is to find the safest and most effective dose of the drug combination.
