New hope for PCOS infertility: shorter or longer letrozole course?
NCT ID NCT07448272
First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking a lower dose of letrozole for 10 days works better than a higher dose for 5 days to help women with PCOS ovulate and get pregnant. About 80 women aged 18-35 with PCOS will take one of the two schedules for three months. Researchers will track follicle growth and ovulation to see which approach is safer and more effective.
