First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether letrozole, a drug used for breast cancer, can get into the brain and reach tumor tissue in people with recurrent high-grade gliomas. About 39 adults will take letrozole along with standard treatments. The main goal is to measure drug levels in the tumor and see if it helps control the cancer.
