Summary
This early-phase study tests whether letrozole, a drug used for breast cancer, can get into brain tumors and work with standard treatments. About 39 adults with recurrent high-grade gliomas will take letrozole before surgery to measure drug levels in tumor tissue. The goal is to see if it's safe and effective when combined with chemotherapy.
