First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether two drugs, lenvatinib and pembrolizumab, can shrink or slow the growth of advanced adenoid cystic carcinoma and other salivary gland cancers that have come back or spread. About 64 adults with these rare cancers will receive the drug combination. Researchers will measure how well the tumors respond and monitor for side effects.
