This study tests whether two drugs, lenvatinib and pembrolizumab, can shrink or slow the growth of advanced salivary gland cancers, including adenoid cystic carcinoma, that have come back or spread. About 64 participants will receive the combination therapy. The goal is to see how well the drugs work and to check for side effects.
