First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether getting the long-acting HIV prevention shot lenacapavir at a community pharmacy helps people stick with their PrEP routine. About 75 HIV-negative adults will receive the shot every 6 months and have either twice-yearly or quarterly pharmacy visits. Researchers will track how many people stay on PrEP and whether STI rates change.
