NCT ID NCT07563985
First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether drinking lemon juice or apple cider vinegar with a starchy meal (like white bread) can slow down blood sugar spikes and make you feel fuller. Fifteen healthy adults will try different amounts of these drinks on separate days, and their blood sugar and fullness will be tracked for three hours. The goal is to see if these simple kitchen ingredients could be a practical way to help manage blood sugar.
