First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether drinking lemon juice or apple cider vinegar with a starchy meal like white bread can lower the rise in blood sugar and increase feelings of fullness. Fifteen healthy adults will test different amounts of these drinks and have their blood sugar measured over three hours. The goal is to see if simple dietary choices can help manage blood sugar, which could be useful for diabetes and weight control.
