Zap on the leg to ease spinal injury bowel woes?

NCT ID NCT07171489

Summary

This early study is testing whether a device worn on the leg can improve severe constipation and bowel problems in people with spinal cord injuries. Researchers will compare the real device to a fake one in 100 participants to see if it reduces symptoms. The goal is to see if this gentle nerve stimulation can help people manage this difficult side effect of their injury.
