New web tool aids dementia patients in sharing End-of-Life wishes

Summary

This study is testing a web-based platform called LEAD that helps people in the early stages of Alzheimer's or dementia talk about and document their end-of-life care preferences. The goal is to make it easier for them and their care partners to feel confident in making future medical decisions. The study involves 120 pairs of patients and their care partners.
