Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called LC-K76 combined with standard hormone therapy in 40 men with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also looking at how well it controls the cancer, such as lowering PSA levels. Participants will take the drug for 24 weeks and be followed for another 24 weeks.
