NCT ID NCT07599436
First seen May 25, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether laughter yoga and sleep hygiene training could help reduce premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms, stress, and improve sleep quality in female university students. Forty-five nursing students took part in a 4-week program. Researchers measured changes in PMS levels, stress, and sleep right after the program and again one month later. The goal was to see if these simple, low-cost activities could offer relief without medication.
