First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looked at whether laughter yoga or playing with finger puppets can help preschool children feel better emotionally and become more resilient. 90 kids in Turkey were split into three groups: one did laughter yoga twice a week for four weeks, one played with finger puppets twice a week for two weeks, and one group did neither. Parents and teachers filled out questionnaires to measure changes in the children's play behavior and emotional well-being.
