Summary
This study tested whether laughter therapy can improve brain fog, psychological well-being, and sleep quality in women going through menopause. 97 women who had entered menopause naturally within the last 3 years took part. The intervention group did 8 sessions of laughter yoga over 4 weeks, while the control group received no treatment. Researchers measured changes using standard questionnaires for brain fog, well-being, and sleep.
