Summary

This study tests whether laughter therapy can improve lung function and reduce pain in people aged 60 and older. Sixty-four seniors will take part in weekly 45-50 minute sessions that include warm-up, breathing, and laughter exercises, plus meditation. Researchers will measure changes in breathing tests and pain scores after 4 weeks.
