New lattice radiation aims to crush tumor pain better than standard therapy

Summary
This study compares a new type of radiation called Lattice therapy to standard radiation for people with large solid tumors (at least 5 cm) that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if Lattice therapy provides better pain relief 30 days after treatment. About 148 adults with confirmed solid tumors will participate.
