Summary
This study tested a new drug called LASN01 in 41 adults with moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease (TED). The drug is an antibody that blocks a protein involved in inflammation. The goal was to see if it could reduce eye bulging and other symptoms safely. Participants received either LASN01 or a placebo, and some who had prior treatment with another drug (teprotumumab) were also included.
