NCT ID NCT06129643

First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tested whether using special lasers during root canal treatment can lower pain afterward compared to standard cleaning methods. 45 adults with infected front teeth were split into three groups: one got standard cleaning, another got a combination of two lasers, and the third got one laser plus a cleaning solution. Patients rated their pain levels after the procedure to see which approach worked best.
