Summary
This study aimed to see if using lasers to clean a root canal causes less pain afterward compared to standard chemical cleaning. It involved 45 patients with dead tooth nerves who were divided into three groups to test different cleaning methods. Patients tracked their pain levels for a week after the procedure to see which method was most comfortable.
