Summary
This study tests whether a CO2 laser combined with a topical regenerative therapy can safely relieve vaginal dryness, pain, and other symptoms in 180 breast cancer survivors who cannot use hormone treatments. Participants will receive the laser treatment and cream, and researchers will measure changes in symptoms, quality of life, and vaginal tissue health over time.
