Summary
This study will compare three different laser types used in surgery to treat an enlarged prostate (BPH) in men. The goal is to see which laser removes prostate tissue most efficiently and safely. About 159 men aged 50 to 80 who need prostate surgery will take part. The results will help doctors choose the best laser for future patients.
